S.C. FLASCH S.R.L., with its headquarters in Timisoara, str. Liviu Rebreanu nr. 64, was registered at the Commercial Register under nr. J35/5128/1992.

The main activity of this company is bottling and selling of natural mineral water. After analyzing more sources of natural mineral water from the south-west region of Romania, the conclusion was that the source of uncarbonated natural mineral water of the spring of Domogled - that is located in 'Baile Herculane, a balneo-climateric resort - is of the best quality in Romania, able to compete with any source of this kind in Europe.

The source of natural uncarbonated mineral water springs from an aquifer, from the depths of the calcareous Domogled mountain massif, which is characterized by a good natural protection and is especially pure microbiologically and physico-chemically.

S.C. FLASCH S.R.L. decided to get the value of this source of natural mineral water and got the grant of using the spring from the National Society of Mineral Waters (NSMW) in Bucharest for the purpose of making there an important investment.

This investment begun with the establishment: of a very pitoresque place for the bottling line and purchasing the land for it - 7,513 square meters. Then, the blue prints were done and the construction approvals were secured for the bottling line and for the conduits for bringing the mineral water from the spring source to the bottling line.

The investment consisted of:

- bringing in a double electric circuit

- The access ways to the industrial platform

- The foundation (infrastructure)

- erecting the metal structure

- mounting up of the metal structure on the infrastructure

- The roof, the outward walls and the comparlimentation of the bottling line

- The building of the administrative offices

- The double conduit for bringing in of the mineral water - 4,300 meters

- mounting up of an electric transformator post, various electric installations, heating system, sanitary installations and a fire protection system.

- finishing of tine access way, the platform of the bottling line, parking lot and all floors

- purchasing of a bottling line (from Germany and Italy) made in the year 2001 plus accessories;

- mounting up of the bottling line, training the personnel;

- finishing of the building with the administrative offices;

In August 2001 all the investment work was finished and the largest and the most modern bottling line of the South West of Romania were set in function. The company is comprised of the bottling line and the storage place in area of 4,700 square meters, the building with the administrative offices, the necessary annexes and the parking lots in an area of 2,980 square meters. AH efforts were made in order to endow the place with the most performing equipment that was imported from Germany and Italy.

Our products: uncarbonated natural mineral water and natural carbonated mineral water are of a special quality and they are sold all over Romania. In the first year of activity the average monthly production was of one million bottles, but our material conditions allow for a much greater production, capable to satisfy the need for mineral water in all West and South of Romania.

Our society targeted for the near future to diversify our products and to increase the production capacity with one more line of fruit juice made of natural fruit extracts and uncarbonated natural mineral water.

We are also in the process of finalization of export contracts for our products of natural mineral water - 'Herculane' trademark.

One major issue we are to resolve as good as possible is to provide the transport of the mineral water products in the sub-distribution network.

If in the greater distribution network (in Romania and abroad) we do the transportation with big trucks (TIR), in the sub-distribution network, for smaller distances we also need smaller vehicles - of 3 - 5 tones, that we already purchased for most places. We are in a continuous campaign of developing and optimizing of our distribution network, that is supported by an advertising activity for 'Herculane' uncarbonated mineral water.
