1) SC 4M SRL Sibiu, Romania was founded in 1992 by the 4 Muntean brothers and even from the beginning the principal work area was plastic processing by injection and the production of injection moulds. Our firm has seriously developed in the past years, by working a lot for export. At the moment we have about 15 modern injection machines, new tools for producing the moulds and 40 workers.
2) The materials that we work with at the moment are: HDPE , PP ,PP Copolymer, PP Homopolymer , ABS , POM , PA 6 , PA 6.6
3) The maximum weight for one injected piece is 200g.
4) At the moment we work 90% for export, for an Italian firm, and we produce for them the plastic parts of the washing machine shock absorber. The rest of our production is composed from different pieces for the Romanian firms. We also have an authorization to produce the plastic component for the railways, because we made those pieces in the past for CFR Romania. We tell you this because we’ve seen that you also work with railways.
5) For making an exact offer, we need to know the following things:
-if the mould for the eventual pieces already exists
-the approximate production /year
-material type
-the place where the product has to arrive
-packing type
