    • TBE-300A+ AKTA prime HSCCC system, co-researched by Shanghai Tauto Biotech Co. Ltd. and GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences is a new type of liquidliquiddistribution chromatography system without any solid carriers. It boasts obvious advantages in stability of running, speed, capacity and range of solvent. It gives outstanding performances in the separation and purification of active ingredients in the herbals. Part of its hardware is certified by the FDA (USA) and the whole apparatus agree with the international GMP/GLP standard.
    The system consists of TBE-300A main machine, AKTA prime system (including pump, detector, recorder and collector), chromatography workstation, solvent selecting software and a water bath (optional). User can manage the temperature of separation precisely and lift the application range and repeatability of the experiment. It is suitable for the research on the extraction techniques and preparation of monomers in small quantity.
