1) Tower Packing: Pall rings, saddle rings, ladder rings, rashing rings, cross rings, structured packing (Zupak, Dapak). All of these packings are made of the metallic, ceramic and plastic materials. The Tower Internals are: demister, trough type liquid distributor, trough-tray type liquid distributor, radial gas distributor, vane liquid collector, packings supports and limiters. As an excellent manufacturer for the tower packings and internals, we would like to manufacture packings and internals according to your samples and specifications. 2)Multi-Channel Bricks(Honeycomb Ceramics): The multi-channel bricks are made of cordierite and ceramics. Its shapes are rectangular, cylinder and ellipse. For the rectangular multi-channel bricks, the size is 150×150×50~300mm. The Channnels are 20×20,25×25,35×35,40×40,59×59,100CPSI,200CPSI,300CPSI,400CPSI; The size of cylinder or ellipse multi-channel bricks are 50~150×50~200mm, channels are:100CPSI,200CPSI,300CPSI,400CPSI. 3) Catalyst Carriers: We provide α,β,γ-Al2O3+TiO2+SiO2 and Al2O3+TiO2 catalyst carriers which would be used in the oil refinery, petrochemical industry, chemical industry. Alumina catalyst carriers which contain above 95% Al2O3 and take the shapes of ball, cylinder palette and rash rings. Hi-alumina balls (Al2O3 85%~95%), ceramic balls ( Al2O3 18~45%) and refractory balls which act as supporting bed materials for the catalyst in reactors. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance. The diameter size we manufactured from 3~50mm. 4) Anticorrosion equipment & products: Acid-resistant ceramic bricks and plates, carbon bricks, graphite heat exchanger, graphite reactor, graphite pump, glass lined equipment, glass lined reactor, glass lined tanks,glass lined exchanger, glass lined pump, valves and tubes, FRP tank, FRP pump, FRP tube, plastic, (CPP, PVDF, PTFE and rubber) lined tank, pump, tube and valves, PTFE heat exchanger. 5) Molecular sieves: We supply 3A,4A and 13X molecular sieves which are used for the drying and purification of industrial gases.
