FABRIC
Tan Dai Hung standard PP woven bags can be made from:
* Polypropylene
* High Density Polyethylene
Fabric can woven to the following densities: (vertical yarns per inch by horizontal yarns per inch)
* 10x10
* 10x11
* 10x12
* 11x11
* 11x12
* 12x12
All fabrics are made via circular weaving. Customers can choose fabric denier from a minimum of 680 denier to a maximum of 1,300 denier. Fabric thickness ranges from 60 gram/m2 to 200 gram/m2
PRIMARY SEWING
Tan Dai Hung standard PP woven bags are top hemmed, single fold double stitch at the bottom.
Tan Dai Hung standard PP woven bags can be sewn in a L-shape sewing method or a U-shape sewing method.
In the L-shape sewing method, bags are sewn on the side and once across the bottom.
In the U-shape sewing method, bags are sewn on both sides and not sewn on the bottom
Please note that L-sewing and U-sewing options have different minimum and maximum size limits. Please see the ""Sizing"" page for more information.
SIZING
Tan Dai Hung standard PP woven bags can be made from 35cm width to 125cm width-circular.
Standard PP woven bags can be designed in a variety of different sizes according to the minimum and maximum sizes below: L-sewing:
* Minimum width: 15 cm
* Maximum width: 34 cm
U-sewing:
* Minimum width: 130 cm
* Maximum width: 240 cm
OTHER CONSTRUCTION Bottom closure for standard PP woven bags comes in two options:
* Bottom Folding and Bottom stitching.
* Top closure for standard PP woven bags is made via hemming.
PLASTIC COLORING
Tan Dai Hung can provide standard PP woven bags with a variety of colors.
Please note that use of colored plastic requires a minimum order of four metric tons.
LAMINATION
Tan Dai Hung can provide standard PP woven bags with transparent lamination or colored lamination.
Laminates can be made from polypropylene or polyethylene. Laminates can range from thicknesses of 20 g/m2 to 40 g/m2.
Lamination can be applied to the inside or outside of the bags.
Tan Dai Hung produces laminates with thickness ranging from 20 gram/m2 to 40 gram/m2 and width from 35cm to 125cm.
PRINTING
Tan Dai Hung can print bags on one or two sides. Standard PP woven bags can be printed in 7 colors ( 1 side 3 colors and the other 4 colors ).
Maximum printing area is 60 cm by 80 cm.
Please note that the standard minimum quantity for printed bags is 50,000 pieces (though we can print fewer bags for an additional fee)
PE LINER
Tan Dai Hung can provide several different liners for standard PP woven bags based on customer requests.
Popular liners include:
* Low Density Polyethylene
* High Density Polyethylene
Liner Options for standard PP woven bags:
* Liner unattached to bottom
* Liner attached to bottom only
* Liner attached to mouth only
* Liner attached to both top and bottom
Minimum liner thickness: 35 microns Maximum liner thickness: 110 microns
LDPE liners are more popular and are generally stronger and more transparent, while HDPE makes more opaque liners. |
