After polishing and chemical process ,if there is no oil ,no dusty, no dirt and no water ,the adhesion strength will be increase obviously.
Gum-solution
HLT-HJ series binder is made by A,B,C three groups .A,B,C groups compound according to weight scale 100:15:6(gram).The binder is compounded in the stainless steel ,ceramics, anticorrosion hard plastics wide mouth ware. When compounding, first pour A,B,C group in ware according to scale ,then stir in a direction with clean wood or glass stick. After 10-15min,and the mixture is well-distributed, we can use it.
Active period
Under 18º-25º temperature condition,it is 60-80min.When need large quantity, we should
compound a small quantity, and finfish it during active period. After that compound again.
Construct
It is good to spray glue by hand with stickle or machine .When spraying ,the glue should even, and no space left
Cure
Cure should be done according to cure curve .During the process, the object be adhered should be given certain force. So the object and gum-solution can touch close. After get to the time required by cure curve, the pressure can be removed. It is completely cure after seven days.

In 10º～24ºdry place, the original can keep 12 months .If opened and than sealed up,it can be keep 6 months.
