3. Front panel
The thickness is 0.8mm 3003H24aluminum manganese alloy panel (It can use different material and quality panel according to the user’s need)
Use KYNAR500（the content of fluorocarbon over 70%）fluorocarbon resin color .And the polyester resin is used as surface coating.
The coating thickness of continue twice painting and twice bake is 25µm±3µm. The coating thickness of continue three painting and three bake is 25µm±3µm.
The front aluminum panel has wear-corrosion process.
4. Glue
Solid epoxy resin film, polyurethane glue for aviation use or import glue
5. Bottom panel
The thickness is 0.6mm, 3003 H24 aluminum manganese alloy panel (It can use different material and quality panel according to the user’s need)
The bottom aluminum panel has wear-corrosion process and protect coating.
6. Coating color
Light silver color, black, white. And can use all kind of color according to the requirement of user.
7. Package
The protect membrane is attached to the surface ; the finished products are packed with wooden box.
