Procedure
PROCEDURE:
1. Seller submits (this) Contract, BCL/RWA TEXT, PB and L/C text to Buyer
2. Buyer and Seller mutually agree, terms and text
3. Buyer signs, seals and sends the final contract and, agrees ALL text, to the seller for sellers’ signatures and seals.
4. Facsimiles signed copies will be considered operative for expediting transaction, but air-couriered exchange of signed contracts is required
5. Buyer Bank sends BCL/RWA as per text supplied to Seller’s Bank and fax a copy sent to the Seller simultaneously.
6. Seller will issue Pre-advised 2% Performance Bond in favor of Buyer and issue sanitized Proof of Past Performance to the buyer.
7. Buyer’s Bank shall open banking instrument (payment method) within 3-7 banking days to activate Seller’s PB.
8. Seller will issue complete Proof of Product (POP) to Buyer’s bank
9. Start loading operations
