Ketchup production line:
This line has been purchased from VOLPACK, a well known Spanish manufacturer of food machinery.
The line was established in the year 2003 by a joint work of our technical staff and Spanish experts.
Through its very advance technology, this line can simultaneously produce and pack juice, tomato paste and ketchup in 100gr, 250gr, 500gr and 1000gr pouches with or without cap.
Process:
Based upon instructions from quality control department , raw materials such as tomato paste , sugar , vinegar, spices and water are transferred to stainless steel and become integrated and ketchup is made.
The produced ketchup gets pasteurized by a pasteurizator machine and conveyed immediately to the filler to fill hotly in stand pouches called “ DOYPACK”.
After the pouches are capped, they become cool in a pool of cold water.
Finally, the pouches are packed inside carton boxes and taken to the warehouse.
