    ●Digital Ignition Technology
    According to variation of engine type and operation condition, digital ignition system can adjust ignition energy and time on software. This ignition system is specially suitable for multi-cylinder engine. It ensures each cylinder in its best operation status so as to bring into full play of the engine.

    ●Turbo-charging Inter-cooling Technology
    Air will first be pressurized by turbo-charger, then go through the inter-cooler. After that, air mixes with fuel gas in the mixer and then flows into the cylinder. Engine of this type requires a gas pressure over 0.10MPa and heat value over 30MJ/Nm3.

    The set adopts mixer and electric speed governor imported from America. Intake system adopts turbo-charging inter-cooling technology and uses suitable turbocharger and inter-cooler so that the performance of the whole engine is fine. Two ends of intake pipes each connected with one pressure regulator made in America. One electromagnetic valve is mounted on the main fuel gas supply pipe, so that fuel supply can be shut conveniently at any time. Combustion system adopts pre-combustion chamber technology and digital ignition technology, which increases ignition energy, reduces exhaust temperature and increases the reliability of the set.
    ShengDong 500kW gas generating sets have been widely used in oil fields, coal mines in China.
    The fundamental mechanical parts of 500kW gas engine is the same as that of PZ12V190B diesel engine, which has been using as power of petroleum drilling machine for decades of years. The set adopts Siemens generator. Its gas control parts are either imported from America or developed by our own patent technology. Reliable parts and advanced technology ensure reliable operation of the set.
